Shipping Locations

At this time we do not routinely ship internationally due to some compatability issues with mains power supply. If you are oversease and wish to place a large order please contact us.

Shipping Rates

Small to Medium Size Orders
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability, qantity, size and weight of your items. LED lights are typically very small and light weight so shipping is a relatively minor cost.

Most products are shipped via Australia Post registered mail to ensure safe delivery.

Medium to Large Orders
For medium to large orders we generally ship with DHL. 

Delivery Times

Smaller quantities of items can be dispatched in as little as 2 to 5 business days. Larger quantities may require 10-15 business days depending on handling times and our stock and availability. 

Please note that depending on your location Australia Post Registered Parcels take an additional 2 to 5 business days. 

Many of our LED lighting products can be sourced from our manufacturer in as little as 3 days but some items will require up to two weeks to manufacture. 

If your delivery is urgent please notitify us and we will provide you with a precise estimation.

Pickup

If you are located in Sydney or Perth we can provide you with the option of saving on shipping picking up at one of our warehouse locations. 

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items or would like an exchange, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note there is a 20% restocking plus shipping fee on general light items to recoup our costs except where your product was faulty.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
